Using a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~125°C TA. Buffer IC has 16mA 16mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 1 elements. Network transceivers in the 74LV series include this one. There are 20 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. 5V is required for its operation. This logical driver is a member of the LV/LV-A/LVX/H family. The electric component has 20 pins. With 2 ports, this logic device is enhanced. For each element, 8 bits are used. It is essential that a minimum voltage of 4.5V is used to supply the bus transceiver.
