87004AGILFT Overview
In the TSSOP package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVDS is designed to be the input of the clock generator. In PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits, this electronic frequency generator is used primarily as a clock component.
