93V855AGLF Overview


Voltage 2.5V is provided by the part. To run 260, we utilize this part's peak reflow temperature. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 2.7V. In order for normaloperation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be maintained above 2.3V volts. Circuits application operates up to 85°C below the ambient air temperature of a room in a solid package. This DAC can operate in temperatures as low as -45°C when operating in ambient air. The board includes 28 pins.
