ADP151ACPZ-2.8-R7 Description


ADP151ACPZ-2.8-R7 is a type of low dropout (LDO) linear regulator operating from 2.2 V to 5.5 V. With an innovative circuit topology, it is able to deliver ultralow noise performance without the necessity of a bypass capacitor, thus, it is well suited for noise sensitive analog and RF applications. Based on the low 265 μA of operating supply current at 200 mA load, it is ideally suitable for battery-operated portable equipment. It is stable with tiny 1 μF, ±30% ceramic input and output capacitors to meet the requirements of high-performance, space-constrained applications.
