Bcp56 Description
:
A low-frequency power amplifier is the NPN transistor BCP56. These NPN Silicon Epitaxial transistors were created for use in audio amplifiers. The device is packaged in a SOT223 package, which is intended for medium-power surface mount applications.
Vceo: 80, Vcbo: 100, Vbeo: 5, Ic=1A, DC magnification: Hfe, min>=25, max>=250, NPN transistor BCP56 is a medium power tube. The current gain bandwidth product ft (MHz) must be at least 50. (Typ). The NPN transistor is made up of three semiconductors: two N-type and one P-type, with the P-type semiconductor in the center and two N-type semiconductors on both sides. The triode is the most significant device in an electronic circuit, with current amplification and switching as its primary functions.
