A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 24-VSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Cut Tape (CT) represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 3V~5.5V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.It's configured with 24 terminations.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 5V volts of power.The gate driver is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.A unique technology can also be used to provide ALSO REQUIRE POWER SUPPLY 5.5V TO 40V.Mosfet driver ic uses BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER as Mosfet driver ics analog integrated circuMosfet driver ic.
