BPV22NF Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial, Side View packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 60V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 60V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 215mW heat. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 100°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 215mW. DC photodiodes can work properly under reverse voltages of 60V in the DC circuit. In order to get current to flow across a photodiode, there must be a voltage of 1.3V. For photodiodes to work, the breakdown voltage should be 60V. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
