DG271BDY Overview


Packed in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. By its 4 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NC switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. This digital multiplexer has 50Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 36V. A cost-effective Dual supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 13V. If put voltage greater than 7.5mA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. You should attach at least 7V voltage if you are using dual power supply. The electronic component can function from 15V. The electrical component supports 4 inputs. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 85°C. This electronic component presents a Drain to Source resistance of 50Ohm. 4 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer. 16-SOIC package is offered by suppliers.
