FDMF8705 Overview

For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.A cost-saving measure is taken to include H bridge in the 56-PowerWFQFN Module package.The supply voltage 6.4V~13.5V has the capabilbridge drivery of improving reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is put into place according to the way of Surface Mount.When -55°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many applications are Synchronous Buck Converters.Bootstrap Circuit is one of full bridges specific characteristics.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 56 terminations.The H bridge is powered by a voltage supply of 12V.This is the maximum current at which the output reaches 65A.A number of 56 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with its specific functions.
