A higher level of flexibility is provided by its SOIC package.A packaging method of Bulk is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 8 pins.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is an interface IC called HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER that is employed in this device.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.There is a maximum value of 150°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.To ensure high stability, the supply current should be kept at 2.5mA.For operation, the supply voltage of 114V is the maximum value.9V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.In this case, the current output is 2A.
