HIP4081AIPZ Overview

For greater flexibility, the PDIP package is adopted.A package of Bulk has been used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.Mosfet driver consists of 20 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.The device is mounted using Through Hole.The pins are configured with 20 when designing the chip.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.Its interface IC is FULL BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.2.5A is the maximum output current.Based on its basis, it integrates 4 outputs.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of 85°C.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended to keep the supply current at 15.5mA to ensure greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.For operation, 95V is the maximum supply voltage.For operation, 9.5V is the minimum supply voltage.A current of 2.5A is output by the device.A voltage of 12.6V is used as the output voltage.Mosfet driver ic is recommended to keep the maximum output voltage at 15V.
