ISL81401AFRZ-T7A Overview


In the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~40V volts and has 4.5V~40V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TA. It can switch at 90kHz~650kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 32 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 8V. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 40V input voltage. Hence, OUTPUT VOLTAGE= 0.8V TO 40V is used to better suit the DC to DC voltage regulator's situation.
