There is greater flexibility with the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.A total of 1 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Through Hole is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V~35V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -55°C~150°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is mounted using Through Hole.Devices have 8 pins available.An output current as high as 14A can be achieved at maximum power.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 1 outputs that have been integrated.Operating temperatures cannot exceed 125°C.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.A total of 1 channels are configured for operation.
