The TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.WGate driversh a 4.5V~35V supply voltage, gate drivers is able to demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 14A.The basis has 1 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 35V.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.Operation is configured with 1 channels.
