L6392D Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 12.5V~20V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 14 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number L6392.The mount method is Surface Mount.When the device is designed, it has 14 pins.Specification is for 15V supply voltage operation.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 430mA.There are several useful electronic components found in its subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The board contains 14 pins for component connections.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).The basis of this system consists of 1 outputs.This device supports a current output of 430mA at the output.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 800mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.Mosfet gate drivers produces a voltage of 580V.A frequency of 800kHz can improve efficiency.
