L6983CQTR Overview

It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 200kHz~2.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.5V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.85V. DC DC switching regulator's 3A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 38V.
