LM336BZ50 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package.This program utilizes the handy Shunt package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Bulk external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±2% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of NOT APPLICABLE.Through Hole is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.It is suitable for 400mA input applications.Generally, 10mA is what its cathode current should be.A fixed/minimum voltage of 5V is generated.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 5.1V.The voltage reference circuit outputs a voltage 4.9V less than 4.9V.It has OUTPUT ADJUSTABLE FROM 4V TO 6V to better fulfill the purpose.
