Bulk-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The CLCC package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains 36 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVTTL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 625MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The clock-generating IC is a 36-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 36 pins. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of 0°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 70°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that electronic frequency generator can handle. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 3.465V. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.135V for this RF synthesizer. A ATM/SONET/SDH SUPPORT CIRCUIT telecom clock PLL with hitless switching, holdover, and jitter.
