MC9S08QE128CLK Description
The MC9S08QE128CLK is an 8-bit Microcontroller with CISC architecture that operates at a maximum frequency of 50MHz and is based on an improved HCS08 CPU (25MHz bus). The MC9S08QE128CLK has 128kB of internal flash memory, 8kB of internal RAM, a 24-channel 12-bit A/D converter, and 70 general-purpose I/O ports. The MC9S08QE128CLK additionally has two inter-integrated circuits (IIC) bus modules that can work at up to 100kbps, two serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two serial communications interface modules (SCI), and an analogue comparator.
