MK22FX512VMC12 Description

Based on the Arm Cortex-M4 core, the 32-bit MK22FX512VMC12 microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors' Kinetis K2x family provides complete and optional high-speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG) capability, including options for crystal-less device functionality. MK22FX512VMC12 has flash memory sizes ranging from 32KB to 2MB, up to 1MB of SRAM, and up to 2 USB controllers. MK22FX512VMC12's packaging has been determined to be 52-LCC.

A scalable portfolio with different levels of integration and security is the Kinetis K2x MCU series. This portfolio provides a comprehensive range of analog, communication, timing, and control peripherals to meet a variety of needs.
