PM8903TR Overview

This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 16 terminations in this voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -25°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.1MHz. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V to meet the operation requirements. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the PM8903 family. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 2.8V. 16 pins are used for switching regulator operation. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 600mV at least. It provides the adjusting voltage regulator's maximal output voltage of 6V.
