REF2920AIDBZTG4 Overview


SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have 2% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.048V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 25mA inputs.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 25mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 2.048V.2.048V voltage lower than 2.048V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 5.5V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.098V.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 2.048V is outputted.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 42?A.Current supply is 59?A.For the voltage reference ic to run, it must have 2.049V voltage at the very least.In case of a current exceeding 50?A, improper operation may occur, possibly resulting in damage to the voltage reference ic.
