REF5045AIDRG4 Overview


A handy package called SOIC is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 8 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 0.1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.5V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.8 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins that are settled.Devices of type Voltage References are used in a wide variety of applications.10mA input applications can use the reference voltage.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA.Its lowest voltage output is 4.5V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 18V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.Supplying it with 2.7V volts is the minimum voltage required.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation.The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 4.5V is output.Idling uses 800?A.There is 1.2mA current supplied to it.As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 4.7V voltage to run.
