SN54HC245J Overview


An interesting CDIP package is used. The 1 elements all play a role. Logic device with 20 different terminations. There is a requirement for 5V of supply voltage. This electronic part belongs to the HC/UH family of parts. This electric component comes with 20 pins. Through Hole applications can be used with digital buffer. A 20-pin connector is used. An enhanced bus transceiver with 2 ports is available. It uses 8μA when quiescent. There is usually a TUBE package available. Using 5V supply voltage on this electronic part is recommended for running the part safely and stably in a circuit. The electronic part comes with 8 efficient bits which are included within the package. In order to serve the user better, it features DIRECTION CONTROL. As low as -55°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 125°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 7.8mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct -7.8mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 2V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 6V. Voltage buffers using COMMON CONTROL control start up automatically.
