A Positive Edgeclock edge trigger is used in this device. It is included in FF/Latches. On the basis of its reliable performance, this D flip flop is well suited for use with TAPE AND REEL. The system runs on a power supply of 3.3/5V watts. Currently, there are 4 lines of input. There is -24mA output current at the high level. There is 24mA output current at the low level. It is recommended that the operating temperature be lower than 85°C. A temperature above -40°Cshould be used for the operation. Initially, it requires a voltage of 2V as the minimum supply voltage. It is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 6V. 160MHzis the maximum frequency that can be achieved. This logic IC is D FLIP-FLOP. A total of 2 functions are provided by this T flip flop. With 14 pins, it is equipped with a low power consumption. As a result of the output current of 24mA, the design flexibility is maximized.
