Packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package.Based on 9V~15V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.Mounted on Surface Mount.In order for -25°C~125°C TJ to function normally, motor driver H bridge needs to be kept at a certain temperature.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.Its base H bridge ic number, TDA21201, is used to identify related H bridge ics.To prevent excessive costs, H bridge is acceptable to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Accordingly, -25°C is an acceptable minimum operating temperature in order to avoid incurring excessive costs.
