TL497ACNSR Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 14 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. There is a 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of ±1.2V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 500mA Switch. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible.
