TO-243AA is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 6V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.TLV431 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 6V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 100μA.1.24V voltage lower than 1.24V can be output by the voltage reference ic.Since the part's max input voltage is 7V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.Voltages of 6V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
