TLVH431IPKG3 Overview


There is a handy package TO-243 used in this program.Adjustable, Shunt control is used to control the part as a voltage reference.An external package of Tube encloses the voltage reference ic.Terminations with various functions 3.Voltage measurements with a tolerance of 1.5%.An analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.The output voltage 1.24V is determined by test statistics.The output should be 1.It contains 3 pins.The temperature should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.Pins 3 are settled in the part.It can be used in a variety of applications due to its Voltage References type.It is able to handle 70mA input applications.The voltage reference ic cannot output more current than 80mA in this case.It is possible to communicate at high quality through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage of this voltage reference ic is 18V.Cathode currents should be 100μA in most cases.In view of the part's maximum input voltage of 20V, users are advised to confine the voltage accordingly.85°C more than 85°C should be the ambient temperature for it to operate.It is capable of operating at temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius.18V volts are output.
