TMP100NA/3KG4 Overview

Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in SOT-23-6 packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 6 pins. This electronic part has 6 terminations. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 75?A. It should provide a DC voltage of 5.5V at its maximum. A magnetic switch, however, can supply a voltage as low as 2.7V when used in a DC circuit. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 45?A. Sensors can function with 150?A current nominally. Sensors should generally output 400mV voltage.
