TPS73633DCQRG4 Description


An innovative topology?an NMOS pass element in a voltage-follower configuration?is used by the TPS736xx family of low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulators. This design may operate without a capacitor and is stable when utilizing output capacitors with low ESR. Additionally, it offers a ground pin current that is relatively consistent across the range of output current values and high reverse blockage (low reverse current).
