TSM1012AIST Overview


A handy 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 8 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~105°C TA.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Power Management Circuits.Search "TSM1012" for other relevant parts.Applications with 2.5mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The supply voltage must be 18V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 4.5V~28V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.25V.During operation, it uses a current of 50mA as its supply current.Unless specified otherwise, this voltage reference ic should not be supplied with voltages exceeding 28V volts.It should be powered by at least 4.5V volts.
