XC3S250E-5VQ100C Overview


There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. During the installation of this device, 59 outputs were incorporated. In total, there are a total of 100 terminations on fpga chips. A significant amount of RAM is allocated to this FPGA module to ensure that the program can operate normally. This cable has 100 pins and is designed to connect to a computer.
